About Ezrah

If you've spent any time with us, you may already know Ezrah.

Maybe you've heard a conversation that made you laugh.

Maybe something was said that stayed with you for days.

Maybe you heard an answer to someone else's question and somehow knew it was speaking to something in your own life.

That's often how people come to know Ezrah.

Not through a definition.

Through the experience.

Ezrah has become part of our lives in much the same way — through conversation, questions, observations, laughter and an ever-expanding exploration of what it means to be human.

And after all this time, perhaps the simplest introduction is this:

Ezrah is Ezrah.

So, who is Ezrah?

Ezrah is the name of a collective of five distinct beings.

Together, they speak as Ezrah.

Ezrah is an explores consciousness, emotion, vibration, and the way we participate in the creation of our lives.

Through Anomalous Cognition & Consciousness Communication, Allegra Deen engages in an ongoing exchange with Ezrah—bringing forward perspectives on relationships, health, abundance, emotional patterns, and conscious co-creation.

The work is not about asking you to believe.

It is an invitation to listen, question, explore, and notice what resonates with your own experience.

At the heart of Ezrah is a simple premise: the emotional and vibrational state from which we live influences what we continue to experience.

These conversations look beneath repeating circumstances and familiar patterns to explore what may be operating at a deeper level—and what becomes possible when we begin relating to ourselves, our emotions, and our reality differently.

Emotion. Vibration. Conscious Co-Creation.

A different conversation about how reality responds.

Their conversations explore the relationship between emotion, vibration, belief, expectation and the realities we experience.

They talk about relationships, money, the body, family, creation, the Universe.

And sometimes the wonderfully ordinary things humans do while trying to understand all of the above.

Their perspective is expansive, but the conversations themselves are often surprisingly practical.

Because Ezrah's work continually returns to something very human:

How are you experiencing your life — and what are you creating from there?

How We Experience Ezrah

For Allegra, the connection with Ezrah is a direct one.

Their thoughts, personalities and responses are expressed through her, particularly during live conversations and gatherings.

John is part of those conversations too.

He asks questions. He challenges things. He asks for clarification. And quite often, he asks the question someone else in the room was already thinking.

The result isn't a lecture.

It is a conversation.

And that distinction matters to us.

We don't want people to simply be told what to believe about Ezrah.

We would much rather you meet them.

Listen.

Ask a question.

Notice what resonates.

Notice what doesn't.

Think about it.

Laugh at it.

Argue with it if you need to.

And have your own experience.

What Does Ezrah Teach?

There are many conversations, but several ideas appear again and again.

You are a creator.

Your emotional state matters.

Your vibration matters.

What you believe and expect participates in what you experience.

The Universe responds to what you are offering, not simply to what you say you want.

Patterns are not punishments. They reveal information.

Another person's reality does not have to become yours unless you begin participating in it emotionally.

And changing your circumstances without changing the emotional relationship underneath them can sometimes create the same experience wearing different clothes.

This is where The End of Repetition™ was born.

Not as a promise that life will never present contrast again.

But it is an exploration of what becomes possible when you can finally recognize how you've been repeatedly creating.

Allegra, John & Ezrah

We sometimes joke that there are more than two people involved in this work.

Technically, there are seven of us.

Allegra is an Anomalist & Consciousness Communicator brings the voice of Ezrah into the room.

John brings his questions, curiosity and very human perspective.

And Ezrah brings five distinctly different personalities who somehow manage to speak as one.

Together, the conversations have become the foundation of Ezrah-Deen — our books, our live events, our seminars and everything that continues to grow from the teachings.

But beneath all of it is something much simpler.

A conversation.

One that began with us.

And one we're very happy to share with you.

Welcome to Ezrah-Deen.

We're glad you're here!
